During this phase, we review existing plans, take site measurements (if applicable), define scope, budget, and overall direction. This sets the groundwork for a thoughtful and tailored design process that will meet your expectations.

Next, we translate your vision into a cohesive design concept. This includes mood boards, preliminary layouts, suggested modifications, material and color palettes, and initial furniture or fixture selections. We present these concepts for feedback and refine them collaboratively, ensuring the direction feels right before moving forward.

Once the conceptual design is approved, we develop detailed drawings, finish schedules, and full sourcing lists. All elements, from furniture and lighting to hardware and textiles, are selected and documented. This phase ensures clarity, accurate pricing, and alignment before purchasing or construction begins.

In the final phase, we bring everything to life. We manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and oversee installations. We also liaise with contractors and vendors for Full-Service projects to ensure every detail is executed smoothly. The process concludes with styling and final touches, so your space is not only finished but truly livable and uniquely yours.
