Our Full Service offering provides a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience tailored to complex projects.

We collaborate closely with your contractors, architects, and landscape architects to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated process. Ideally, HLCo is integrated with your project team from the early planning stages. This allows for thoughtful consideration of your intended use and lifestyle can help prevent headaches later on.

Throughout construction, we go on-site regularly to coordinate with your team, making sure the design is executed to its full potential.

For turn-key residential experiences, we can bring in professional organizers and even stock homes with your preferred essentials, so everything is ready for you the moment you move in.

We take on a limited number of Full Service projects each year to ensure we can dedicate the time and attention each one deserves.

Our Renovation/Decoration is suited for clients who want assistance with light renovations, re-decorations or the shifts resulting from signifiant life events. These are projects where actual construction is minimal. but the desired outcome is maximal.

HLCo handles all design work - including budgeting, sourcing, and final installation. We equip you with the tools to manage your team confidently, and can step in for coordination as needed. Oversight of vendors is available and billed on a cost-plus basis.

HLCo designs full rooms only, and we have a minimum budget for each room, available upon request. Meetings are held virtually and/or in-person, according to the needs of the project.

Our Guided Consultation is ideal for clients who want professional input without committing to a comprehensive design package.  Whether you're at a crossroads with your project, simply choosing paint colors, arranging furniture, sourcing interior furnishings,  moving to a new home, or just need a creative sounding board, this service gives you access to the advice you need to cross a few nagging elements off your list. This is a 3-hour service and can be divided into 2 virtual meetings.
